Its quite hard to resists when ur inbox is spammed with offers that look like a million buck, Iam skeptical about ordering online, but then deals2mint is backed by imint and I had placed orders with imint once before and had no issues.
But sadly my first order with deals2mint bombed miserably, I placed my order on Jan 22nd for "Sennheiser PMX80 Headphone", my offc folks received the the courier package on Jan 28th evening, and when I opened it on 29th morning, surprise it was a "Sennheiser PMX60 Headphone"
now, WAT THE HELL SHD I DO WITH TAT? Should have been too much trouble for them to send me the right headphone, and its not even rocket science!
When I called the call-center for imint, he wanted 15days to resolve the issue, but he dint know how the issue will be resolved, he just needed 15days. My guess they would be organizing mass prayers for 15days so that the customer wouldnt get back to screw their happiness.
They should be sending so many wrong items to so many wrong people, that by now they should be having a handy solution for such miserable mistakes.
God I hate all online stores!
