Concept & Layout or Design-
The app concept is little bit bad and layouts ir design is maintained nicely but most of things need to improve 1stly as WhatsApp is much bettrr then this imo called app. So they should work to improve their concep , layouts and design so that positive response and review will presist.
Features/Functions-
Imo is having very selective features anr functions Mod of features they need to add on and mantain.
Imo is not having thr notification popup chat features which allows user to chat without opening the app so imo team should work on that.
Usefulness-
Imo work same as whatsapp and another similar app. Imo is very much famous for videos calling and their live sticker.
I will never recommend , if you are looking for thay kind of app then I will suggest you to move on whatsapp.
