It has become a regular nuisance, that Hr recruitment firms calling people and questioning as though they are the authorities for employment and survival of Indian population. Here is an Hr consultancy they called me and spoke and first, I thought it must be a relevant opening but it was for a junior position and when I asked about it, the lady who called attacked me personally and spoke ruthlessly.
The person who spoke never even had my resume in front, and in my resume it was clearly mentioned that I work as Director – corporate relations of a training company. The company like Impact Hr Services which is run by IIM’s and other schools think that they are the authority for the world. The future entrepreneurs should learn from all the blunders the existing companies do and create better systems for our country.
