In our last visit to this place, the beers we wanted were out of stock. They hardly had any good brands available which was kinda disappointing. The staff was very lazy for some reason which is a big turn off for someone like me. We ordered a Veg Lasagna and a Margarita Pizza. The Lasagna was nice, a bit over-cooked and under-seasoned. But it wasn’t bad for its price. The pizza was bang on. My cousin who is from the US said it’s just like what she has back home.
The music at Imperfecto when they play European music is such a whiff of fresh air. It is at Imperfecto, that I shamed a French musician and became a fan of French music. The bar service is exceptional, especially when you’re out on a date. Free shots on the house, the pastry chef coming out and encouraging us to try out her new recipe are memories I shall always cherish when I think of Imperfecto.
