Online shop, owned by network 18, https://in.com offers tuesday tornado and friday tornado offers, offers are opened at 3 PM and first eligible buyer get product listed for particular day at 1% of market price.
When I bed their Apple Ipod NANO, their site never mentioned that there will be winner chosen, they accepted my payment and then said it is won by some one else and I was offered Rs. 100 discount vouccher. When I sent them mails that I have purchased goods and you have accepted money.
They never refunded or responded my money but changed their terms and conditions so that they can escape from responsibility. They changed terms and conditions on 12th Feb. Where as I won product on 3rd Feb. I sent them even physical letter and emails but no reply.
I will suggest not to subscribe to such gimmicks.Please keep away .
