Nirvana's-In Utero

I lover Nirvana, and I was getting sick of Nevermind, so I decided to go to the music store and pick up a couple CD’s. I picked up In Utero and Sarah Harmer’s All of our Names. This CD was a good price, only 13 dollars. I had previously heard some of the songs on this CD, so I bought it.

Track 1, Serve The Servants, is a fun track to sing to, as always, this song has great drums and guitar. Kurt’s voice is really nice in this song, it isn’t too loud, but is great to listen to when you’re getting ready to go out, or driving.

Track 2, Scentless Apprentice, is a rather loud track. This song is fun to bang your head to, it’s very loud and Kurt screams. Still great beats. This is a nice loud favorite.

Track 3, Heart Shaped Box, is one of my favorite songs by Nirvana. Kurt’s voice is soft but powerful. I like when his voice is not screaming but has enough power in it to make the song catchy. Hey! I got a new complaint..forever in debt to your priceless advice. This is a very fun song to listen to. This song is a classic Nirvana song.

Track 4, Rape Me. This song has uh simple lyrics with a fun twist. This song is kind of vulgar, but I still like it. I don’t really like the lyrics but the beats in the song still make me listen to this song. Hate meeeeeeeeeeeee. waste mee

Track 5, Frances Farmer will Have her Revenge On Seattle, what an interesting title for this song. This is an odd song. Great drums but this is not one of my favorites.

Track 6, Dumb, this is another classic by Nirvana. I like Kurt’s voice, soft but when he sings, wow, he has such an impact on this song.

Track 7, Very Ape, great drums to this song. Kurt’s voice is muted and this song is fast paced and fun.

Track 8, Milk It, interesting song. I like how loud it is. Great drums. This song is loud then mellow, with Kurt’s extremely soft voice, for a little while, then he screams. I like this song because it’s very loud.

Track 9, Pennyroyal Tea, this is one of my favorites on the CD. Kurt’s voice is nice along with the lyrics make this song catchy.

Track 10, Radio Friendly Unit Shifter, this song is not one of my favorites, although the music is very funky and different for Nirvana.

Track 11, tourette’s, a very fast paced song with Kurt screaming.

Track 12, All Apologies, this is another classic Nirvana song. A slower tempo for this song, but still catchy enough.

Overall, this is a good CD. I would say this CD is even better than Nevermind. I recommend this CD.
