The busy life schedule now a days requires you to have a food processor to get the job done quickly. However, there is no point of buying a food processor, if you are investing more time to get it fixed than the time to you saved with it’s usage.
I purchased this product by looking at youtube video where they show the amazing features, However, it is pretty much useless.
Cons:
1: I have got it repaired twice already within warranty. I have in home service warranty, but need to take an off from work to get it fixed. The motor has started giving a burning smell whenever I use it for more than a minute. I got it fixed but this issue is occurring again and again.
2: I am bound to wait for the tech and can’t get it repaired outside as that will void the warranty.
3: The juicer is pretty much useless as the pulp moves to the jar along with the juice, instead of staying where it should be.
- The blades of the grinder are not sharp enough.
5: It is very difficult to clean the Juicer unit. Once you start preparing juice, you would regret your decision of preparing it at home and you would wish that I should have gone out and had a glass of juice rather than getting into this mess.
Cons:
1: The only thing I find helpful is that dough making is pretty simple.
Buy a heavy motor than 650 watts.
