The product has been underwhelming ever since we’ve received it. Rather prior to it. The delivery on behalf of the company was pathetic. The plastic jars were substandard. The knob gave away within first 15 uses. There’s a constant burning smell. And finally it has stopped working within a year. I won’t even care to call customer care for it just doesn’t exist!
