I have bought inalsa Food processor around 3 months back. Since then , the thing has broken down twice. Everytime, we call up the Customer Care , they say someone will be there shortly. But they came down only after calling 10-15 times.
When the Inalsa employee came to our house , he did not bother to answer our questions & gave a poor demo in 5 minutes & went off . And this time, they flatly refused despite being in warranty period . Now I regret my decision of buying an Inalsa product.
