I bought an Inalsa Jazz Mixie in 2018 and the equipment is still under warranty. Despite a very low usage, it stopped working by end of March and I lodged a complaint on 2nd April 2019 - KAR190402005. I was promised that it will be attended to within 48 to 72 hours. But even after 300 hours, 5 reminders by phone calls, email & feedbacks through website, NO response had been received. I am forced to buy another mixie(different company/ brand), due to the total inaction from Inalsa.
