I have worked as Customer Service Manager in many MNC like ONIDA, Kelvinator, Goldstar, SAnsui. I could not imagine that company like INALSA does not have any kind of after sales service support. I purchased Maxiplus on 19th Sept, 2013 and the right side of its food processor is not working. My Complaint no: 10101 dt. 19th Nov, 2013 has not been attended till 27th Nov, 2013.
No service personal visited despite many reminders to the company. Delhi Customer Service Telephone No: 011-27631932/33, 27639662, 63, 64. Company does not bother even if threatened to go to consumer court.
I strongly advice all my friends and other buyers of food processor NOT to go for this companys product due to its non existent after sales service.
