My wife recently had an orthopedic surgery in this hospital. The stay was for four days. The doctors, supporting medics, nurses and admin were all excellent and friendly. The admission & discharge processes are hassle-free and quick, as also the coordination with TPA(Third Party Administrators) for cashless hospitalization. The rooms are clean and airy. The dietician ensures appropriate meals for patient.
There’s a nice cafeteria for all meals for relatives. The only inconvenience to relatives is the extremely long waits for the lift. The parking area(room) for patients before & after the operation are the same - so there are mix-ups and delays on account of that. The patient-handlers wrongly assumed that my wife had had her operation when she was in pre-op and wheeled her out - to someone else’s room. It took some time to correct the situation.
