Worst banking experience. Every executive is just rude. They give false commitments and won’t help you out in any way. Worst decision of my life to take a loan from them. They do not even deserve 1 star I want to give them -5 stars their service is so pathetic. I think the whole organization is full of dishonest and corrupt people. No body is bothered about customer service. They will only be nice till the time you take the loan. The relationship managers are the worst they don’t attend calls or reply over mail.
