Most of the reception people are rude especially in vishwambhra agency. The don’t give proper details when asked, no receipt given for the payments made for transfer/change of name etc. And toll free number is of no use (as we don’t get connected to the representative, after waiting for 5 to 7mins). The delivery guys too charge 50 to 70 rs for delivery again no receipt for that. Hope the concerned authorities will look into the matter.
