I cant believe that a PSU organization has such an excellently designed website, where you can find details like the local distribution-n/w, complete with address and contacts details. Add to it, a full-responsive customer-care center, which actually took down my number and called me back to help me get to a solution to my problem.
Whether my problem gets resolved or not, a 100% thumbs-up to the customer-care at Indane.
