Independence Day Resurgence, the waited sequel of the 96’s hit, "Independence Day" which was a massive hit!
Now I have been a fan of the first film(Saw it in my childhood and loved it!) and like everyone else I was too waiting anxiously for the sequel to come!
But in the end, after watching it last night! I can say the wait was totally worthless!
Totally DISAPPOINTED!
Let me go the details!
Plot / Script: Rubbish, and Under Developed Script! Although the tension was there till the end! But otherwise it’s all flawed and cliched!
Acting: Sucked, No actor stood out by their performance! Even One of my Fav’s Jeff Goldblum!
Cinematography / CGI In this section, I really liked the movie actually loved it! Though there are some scenes where CGI looks unfinished but overall it was good enough!
Music / Background Score Thrilling and Engaging Background Score Provided Here, which suits the film’s theme and vibe.
Final Verdict Though I really loved CGI and Background Score of the film but apart from those two things there is hardly anything to remember! Overall a Disappointed Film.
If you want to go for a nice Weekend Popcorn Flick, and don’t mind going for a Mindless Action film then yeah you can definitely go for it!
But if were a fan of the first film then don’t go! You will be utterly disappointed in the end!
