I had the worst experience shopping with India emporium! Please please please Dont shop here! Firstly, customer care never gets back. Be it telephonic, email, Facebook or instagram.
They just never get back. Secondly, when I posted a few comments on their instagram page, that’s when they wake up and start texting frantically. Thirdly, I finally get a call from them, and its the SENIOR MOST PERSON who has called, he just rudely tells me that it will take ten more odd days for dispatch and he knew nothing about the order in the first place. He didn’t know the order date, the order time, the order itself! I asked him to cancel it and then in the UTMOST RUDE WAY, HE SAYS WAIT THIRTY DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND. THANK YOU! Never buy from them. NEVER. Thanks India emporium for spoiling the whole online shopping experience for me.
