I placed an order on Indiafloristnetwork for a birthday bouquet a week ago with delivery today to a small village outside Gulbarga, Karnataka. After having read the reviews on this website I became very worried about the service of the company and whether my bouquet would arrive at all to the recipient.
My worries proved to be totally unfounded, the bouquet arrived on time and furthermore, my experience with Indiafloristnetwork’s customer service was good. I guess when you are a network of florists like indiafloristnetwork is, it’s difficult to control and ensure high quality in all parts of the business but in my case I had a very good experience.
The website is by no means a scam like some have claimed it to be here on Mouthshut (probably because they had a bad experience with one of the florists in the network) - it’s a real business and it can actually deliver on time and with high quality. I just wanted to give another side of the story, I think the website deserves that after having given me a very good service.
