Hello friends, I have started working as TME on 15/09/2017 in thane branch and worked for only 50 days. So this review is only based on the experience of 50 days which I had worked in IIFL. From the bottom of my heart the experience was really very good. The cooperation between telecaller and team leader and as well as manager was very co operative.but as u know, these company is related to business so there is very high pressure in month starting as well as month ending and a moderate pressure in mid days of the month.so one suggestion to all the people want to work in these organisation do join these organisation if you can handle the extreme pressure and do the business in such situation then only its beneficial because many people go their to work but cant handle the pressure and leave the organisation within 2 month.for freshers they will tell u they teach u for 1month but they will give u hardly 1 week to learn after one week they want the business.and the best part of the business is the payment system the will credit the amount every 3rd of month.if you are not doing any business for continuous 3months then your 3rd month salary will be get on hold.but they will definately pay u.and these organisation also has an opportunity to earn incentive as much as u can.so at the end I will tell u that if u want to work under pressure then only join this organisation.
