Some time employees used to join the organization only for few days. Attrition rate is very high. They don’t care for the customers. You will get a famous response ’I’ll get back to you ’ If you make a call to their call center.
I had a very bad time with these guys. I requested Delivery instructions slip to transfer shares to my other DMAT account. It took two months to me to get Delivery instructions slip after many follow-ups. I am going to close the account this month. PLEASE KEEP AWAY from these guys. They are cheaters.
