I have opened my Demat & Trading account at S. L. Group, a franchisee of IIFL. The customer service there is really very satisfactory and the tips provided them are accurate. They always provide services at your doorstep. My trading account is managed by a single trader as they allocate an individual trader to my trading account and so my account is being managed by a single person rather than too many people. I dont have to wait for any kind of services from them as they are very prompt in serving the customers. It also depends on where you choose to open a trading account. I also get up to date info about the market through the facebook account of S.L Group
