I have a demat account with India Infoline, Mayur Vihar(New Delhi) branch. I had strictly told them that I do not want to do any future & option trade & there should not be any trade without my confirmation. I got a call on May 12 from India Infoline Customer Care that your demat account is in negative(50k), please deposit money. On my enquiry, I get to know that future & option trade has happened in my account on that day, its position is - 50 k that is loss of 50 thousand.
Note - it was India Infoline internal research team that has predicted & given tips to employee & customer that particular few script’s price will rise. When I ask that how could you do any transaction from my account without my approval? They were silent & are still silent.
I lodged a complaint with India Infoline. No response given. I lodged complain to India Infoline Chairman Nirmal Jain(nirmal@indiainfoline.com) & Delhi head(naveen@indiainfoline.com), it is more than 2 month, no response is given.
I would say worst company or customer service I have ever seen. They are like modern robbers. If any one have faced similar cheat & knows where to complain. Pls share details with me.
