NKCapital is a small time company that works with IIFL and "claim" that they use IIFL research for buy/sell decisions. I’m a novice in the stock trading field and hence opted to use their services to help me get into this trade. Based on their advice I invested an amount. They started trading using this amount without any profits booked, but instead charged for the transactions, which ate into the principle I had provided, thereby reducing my principle to 99.5% of original. when I became aware of this and questioned them, they told me they will keep this in mind while trading.
It so happened post that day, the stock price kept falling steadily. I intervened and said that I don’t want to loose the principle and cut my losses, everytime I have told them they have managed to convince me that they will recover the cost. Every time I called them the stock was at these levels - 90%, 85%, 72%, 60%, 42%. Had I used my judgement I would have pulled out at 90%, but going by their recommendation, today I am sitting at 42%. Never trust this agency, there is a nexus between IIFL and this company. there is hardly a minuscule of interest to provide proactive updates compared the interest taken in making transactions that fetch them brokerage!
