When you are opening an demat account , its not the company who handles the account , its the Relationshio Manager (RM). So if your RM is good then you will not face any problem with Company. One year ago , When I open demat account with India infoline , I didn’t know any thing about stock market , which and how to buy shares, how to put stop loss , how to manage my portfolio ....nothing. Everything was taught to me by my RM. He is gr8!!
Now I know almost everything ...He never give me call to disturb me by advising to buy shares unless I ask him and if I say to me call me if any news comes up then only he gives me call...and if buy mistake I made any wrong trade then he advice me to book loss.
