I have an account with Indiainfoline and believe me.. it’s the worst broker service you can ever have. They sold my shares in Block and Sell even when I already had my account ledger in credit.They are simply the worst brokers. I would suggest people to use IndiaBulls / Religare / Angel Broking instead. I am going to sue these idiots for doing something wrong like this.
Even my friends had accounts with indiainfoline and the truth is that they too faced similar problems like mine. When I asked their RM about why is it that almost all investors have problems with Indiainfoline, his honest answer was that 80% of IndiaInfoline clients have similar problems and that’s the reason why many investors just don’t like them.

P.S.:
1) Margin amount don’t reflect immediately.
2) Their system transactions get updated @8:00 PM everyday which means that If you account is in debit and if you are told to do a fund transfer by tomorrow morning 9:30 AM. Even If you do a fund transfer on time it will reflect only at the end of the day as a result of which your shares that were in Block and Sell would be sold off tomorrow morning due to this lag in the system. This is what has happened with me.
3) Fund Payouts happen in every 48 hrs approx. but Fund Transfers happen immediately.
