Tokyo to Amsterdam via Seoul Incheon. Got rebooked on these flights after a KLM cancellation. Although this itinerary took longer and was not non-stop it was a pleasant surprise flying Korean Air for the first time.
Although seats were hard, legroom on the B777 was among the most I have seen in economy, and the same as comfort seats on KLM. Catering, from ICN to AMS was excellent, both in quality and quantity, with real cutlery and glassware.
AVOD adequate, selection could be a bit larger and more varied. The standout in my opinion were the lovely crew. Their English(in contrast to the pilots) was excellent, and service was personal, smiling, with attention for detail. All in all everything what a flight attendant makes a great host. I will choose them again for long haul flights.
