Bought a galaxy note and cancelled it by calling their customer care, they said it is done. So I bought the mobile on other site. they said mney will be refunded in 7 days max. But to my surprise I saw tat they shipd the product. Not sure if its part of their master plan to hold hte money back for long. Then I cald up and they told sorry we cannot do anything now. When I raised my voice asking why did you say its cancelled then they said only option is reject the delivery. I did exactly that. so it was already a week by then. Now I call up customer care and that person says your product is shipd and we cannot do anything. then I again raise my voice asking are you unable to read your customer page update or you are lazy to do your job. On this they read the history and told your money will be refunded. they closed my ticket too. so had to make sure to create one more ticket. But again no use.
Its now 30 days close to and still yet to get my money refunded.! I am planning to give a police complaint on the same just to prevent other customers from getting harassed like this!!!! And beware these cheaters say 7 days and if you call up their customer care they will say its not 7 days yet. please wait for few more days. Basically 7 days etc is just a way of keeping the money of customers and gaining some cash surplus and interest and hence give better deals. Also 7 days is not the worst case time.
After 7 days, they create one more ticket and say 7 days and so on.
