The one book that was sent was a 2nd hand copy!
Customer Service takes 2-3 days to respond to any mail
Refund took 3 mails and 2 weeks to get through.
The only thing that did well was the harry potter pre sale which reached me 3 days after release date
I was kept hanging for 3 weeks while they tried to contact their ’international supplier’ to get my order, then cancelled it in the end.
do not get trapped by their discount coupons coz u will never get a chance to use them.
I would recommend you go to sifymall for electronics like cams and phones, and amazon for books, even though they have a 4$/book shipping rate, you will get it surely and safely, and around retail price, definitely cheaper than Indian prices...atleast for expensive stuff like graphic novels
Never gonna shop there again.
