They provide worst service among all couriers. All the employees are very rude as they have government job. For speed post they take more than six days, what a SPEED. The worst thing is that nobody look into complaint submitted by customers.
From the minister to postman all are useless. Indian post office even does not deserve to one star. They don’t try to change, have to request to post the letters in small town.
