I have used india post many times. though it is very good but the services provided by this were pathetic. all letters which came from my school never reaches to my houses. they are very slow in the delivery of the post. the post man appointed by them in my area is very bad. he never deliver post to our area, we have to collect it from his house.
the customer services provided by indian post are worst, as once I send pan card application from punjab . according to schedule it has to be reach there in 4 to 5 days but after complete one week. they did not get the form. I contacted them to talk about this, they said that it has been sent through postman, it may be possible that he did not deliver it to destination .
guys if you want to send any urgent post or any then choose other courier company instead of india post.
