I’ve used Indiapost as a courier since past many years when there were no other major courier services available in India, and it used to be great back then. Now, their service has deteriorated too much. I ordered a few printed books and documents online from printerplug.com.They shipped the package after 2-3 days via Indiapost and it was going to arrive in maximum 7 days interval. They don’t provide any tracking info correctly so I had to wait. After 7 days, no package came.
I decided to call their customer care, but they didn’t pick up any calls! Then the phone was engaged from their side. I emailed them and they told me to write a detailed full page application on their site. I didn’t have time to write all that so decided to wait. 20-25 days got over and no sign of my package. After searching through, I called their Delhi office where they assured it’d be resolved in a few days. I finally got a call next day saying my package is lying there with them since days and they don’t serve my pincode! I was furious. Why did they take the order if they didn’t serve my area in the first place? Totally INCOMPETENT STAFF. They told me I have to go to their office myself to pick up the order. I paid 150 for delivery for this!
Don’t ever order or send things via Indiapost. They will keep your package and will send that to you in tattered condition. Cheaters.
