I have bad experience with this Indian Post several times. India Post’s courier service is not so good, India Post’s Delivery is very slow. Even their speed post service is also very slow. Tariff structure of Speed post is costly than other courier services.
*Tracking Facility: -** India Post is also provides tracking facility to their customers but this facility is not up to mark. Few negative points about Indian post’s tracking facility are given below:
1. The website is very slow and it takes long time for search .
The tracking results are not so useful.
Some time if you try to tack any item they display a message which said that” No results found”
While tracking you always have to enter a verification number.
*Not Use Friendly: -** Like most of the government institutions and banks the India Post is also not – user friendly. The staff is very frustrated and rude. The behavior of Staff is not good even in my case they were always talk so loudly and show very bad behavior.
*Comparison with other Parcel and Courier services:-** There are another so many parcel and courier services in India and they all are very user-friendly and their charges are also lower than India Post Parcel service. The delivery done by these Courier company very fast but **India Post is as slow as Turtle** .
I will never recommend India post because of its l**ate delivery, high charges, bad behavior of staff**.
