I have had my experiences with india post. While it is a one of the most widely used postal services in india. They have a inconsistency in delivery times. I have had parcels and letters takes much longer to arrive but it is not expensive and there is no hidden charges. They keep the parcel in good hands but it is not delivered the parcels fast and efficiently. They also have a tracking system but it is not always reliable or updated. I have experienced the helpful and good customer service. Sometimes they also lost the parcels and delayed thd deliveries. India post is cost effective and widely accessible service especially in rural areas. India post is a viable option despite it’s drawbacks.
