It’s VERY VERY CARELESS, BOTHERLESS and NEGLIGENT from Indiapost for lying the customer and not replying and answering any calls.
It is all about the article no. CU418252986IN which was booked on 02/09/24 and when tracked it says that on 06/09/24 the article was delivered to the addressee from Dadar h.o. But sorry to say it was not delivered to the customer so after inquiry and complaint(2004124313) raised on 09/09/24 they said they will look into the matter and let me know but there was no reply and even after calling from last two days there is no proper reply and resolution.
Yesterday dated on 10/09/24 when tracked it said it out for delivery from Dadar h.o. So I waited to receive the article but it didn’t arrived, so today dated on 11/09/24 when tracked it said that it is delivered to the addressee on 09/09/24 what a lie on 10/09/24 it said it is out for delivery and on 09/09/24 it says it is delivered. When called on 11/09/24 the Dadar office no. 022 2414 8953 reply, Noor baug office no. 022 2371 3161 reply the complaint no. 022 2262 3731 no reply.
Due to the lack of services and no answer nobody should ever used Indiapost for any delivery because they lie a lot, there is only lie and lie and nothing but lie and no proper resolution on purpose these MISLEADING MISCREANTS are not answering any of customers calls.
