Indian post service is worst in my area bahadurgarh. I didn’t received my documents in past. Google ads service sent me my pin 3 times and all the three times it was not delived to me.
Also they don’t sent my business verification for mapping business on google maps.
Staff is very bad, no sense of talking to customers, they think that customers are their slaves. They talk very rude to people . I almost got into a hot conversation with them whenever I go their to speed some documents. They don’t deal with customers in a right manner. I placed many complaints about them but it seems like they are too lazy to respond to normal people queries. Government should take strict action against them.
We common people pay for their services so they should know that they are getting salaries because of us, they are not giving us anything for free . A customer should not be taken as granted. I suffered a lot because of them in past, thats why I ignore them and always opt for local courier companies and quite satisfied with them. Indian post - Worst postal service.
