India today publication house needs no introduction to anybody in india for sure, and they have magazines that cover every aspect ranging from current affairs in India Today(but somehow the std has deteriorated a lot nowadays), buisness corporate world in Buisness Today, science, technology, infotech n chip industry in Computers Today , an exclusive one for teenagers in Teen Today and a lifestyle guide in India today Plus(IT Plus).I usually never miss out any of these publications as the coverage, presentation, analysis is on par with any international journals and is really informative n a must read to update ones general knowledge.
IT Plus is exclusively devoted to lifestyle and travel , and its a sin to miss any of the editions.First it seemed to me as just another gossip mag , but just a glance thro it proved me wrong, made me hooked on to this mag forever. The topics r so exotic for eg it ranges from say like top 10 resorts in the world, hottest n coolest nightspots in india, best cricketing grounds, top monsoon getaways, some of worlds best recipes , best beaches in the world , fine dining places in paris and so on that deals with some unbeliveable facts.
There are many sections like Travel, lifestyle, Automobiles, Fashion , Adventure, Health , Buyers Guide, Web, careers and Relationships and belive me no section can be skipped. What makes this mag reading a pleasure apart from the topics is the presentation , breathtaking photgraphy, and the glossy fineprint.Eventho this can be read online at ( https://india-today.com/archives/index.shtml#itp ) reading the mag is a different experience.Yes I dont like reading mags online as its too distractive and usually miss out on many things. But before buying if one wud like to check out the contents then going online is the best alternative. Its a bit pricey so library can be another good alternative.
There is also another one called Outlook Traveller from the rival publication Outlook, but somehow it doesnt rise to the standards of IT Plus, and only some editions are worthwhile , unlike IT Plus wherein no edition can be missed .
