Though I am very much reluctant to order the stuffs on internet or on telephone, not sure why that “Reebok kit” adv. by India Today attracted me and I placed order in Feb 2010. My order number was 880072837. They had dispatched it but without some octroi document so the currier company unable to deliver it and they sent it back. Till 3 months and I was constantly calling on the given number 01140502424. I have made more then 40 calls. For my every call the person says we will deliver you in 5 to 7 days. But it never happened.
With so much frustration, I canceled my order. The person said it would take 28 days to get the amount credited on my account. They have also given me cancellation ID 481928. I canceled it on 7th May 2010. Today its 1st July and I am still haven;t received my money back. Every time I call them they say order system is down and we can’t see the details.
When I email then on given ID then the standard reply comes which I guess is automatically set.
Never buy any stuffs from India Today.
