My friend subscribed toIndia Today in Dec 2008 for five years and he was promised Adidas Shoe as gift.Till date nothing has been received.Repeated emails to Subscription Managers, Customer Executives bring in ad hoc replies stating that the product will be shipped in 2-3 days or 15-20 days depending on the individual handling the case.Some replies are hilarious.They have burnt Adidas godown for delay in supplies! Subsequently nothing of the fire was heard.Probably, I can assist Adidas in claiming Fire Insurance, if they can provide complete details.
