I tried to take a Home loan from Indiabulls by getting attracted by their ROI that they informed.After all verification, we get a call and msg saying that our loan has been been approved. NOw, its been over a week that Indiabulls has not given the Sanction letter basis that the rate that they communicated first while collecting the papers, now they say that they cant give that. According to their bosses too, they tried to get approvals to provide us special rates but they failed. WOW when the bosses have not confirmed that the special rate can be provided then how come to stupid staff can confirm the rate to us while collecting our financials. they will hereon ignore all ur phone calls, msgs, emails.and provided lame excuses.
you ask for your papers back, then you will get tired of tracking them but they will not even bother to respond to u. worst is that you would feel that you wnt to escalate the matter to seniors, they also are all the same gene- never respond. and provide lame excuses.
Worst organisation I would hv ever come across in their working, ethics and commitment. In fact they don’t even know the meaning of ethics and commitment.
All they know is how to give BULL SHI*.
Never believe their words/ even the seniors words.
In fact, DON’T EVEN EVER EVER CONSIDER THEM FOR ANY SERVICE. THE CRAPPIEST ORGANISATION.
