Dear all I am generally avoids to write a review of anything as usual like others we have no time to write for someone else, but I got very bitter experience at indiabulls finance limited. initially I had finalaized the property after getting eligibility sanction of 34.80 L.
From this stupid finacial service. then I made the agreement and applied for the loan. they took almost 10 to 12 days in legal and technical clarification. tes I know this is normnal time, but the music started only after this. they informed me that you will get 28 lakhs only.
But as I had made agreement for Rs. 43.5 for the area 643 sq ft. and paid 20% amount to the owner as it was resale property. and I was in the need of 34.80 lakhs. and these foolish fellows told me that they will lend me 28 lakhs. so I approached their branch at office(taking half day leave) they kept me waiting for two hrs and finally I met the manager. he told me that as the valuation report says the property is of 33 lakhs we can give you only 28 lakhs.
And also insisting me that u took costlier property. bullshit, I asked manager that if I cancel this property can you offer me flat in 33 or even 35 lakhs at same location, that time he was speechless. then he spoke with the technical person and enquired about property value, the valuator said that he enquired with agents and decided the property value.
I request them to increase the ammount as I cant manage 6+ lakhs. but they dint. then they kept this issue pending for almost a month. then I approached LIC housing finance finance on 27th of last month that is august 2015 they issued me checque on 31st for the ammount of 34.20. thank you very much LIC. so my request dont experience thje indiabulls again.
