I am writing my experience here, I was looking home loan to build a house in Delhi. I requested most of bank like SBI, HDFC and other banks for home loan in June 2014. My file got disapproved and HDFC approved but it was for 10 lacs only, then finally my friend suggested to apply with Indiabulls home loan.
