I was reading reviews on Indiabulls most of them say its good site. No doubt it’s good trading for novice in share trading. But the process and concepts followed by Indiabulls are not correct morally.
Your relationship manager has access to your a/c and can trade on your behalf. A article in Indian Express about a person who had shares worth cores where reduces to few hundred (https://indianexpress.com/full_story.php?content_id=84228). So be careful check your a/c and transaction regularly.
The share pooling mechanism is too dangerous. When you buy a share it goes to IB share pool and not your a/c. They may buy or may not the share at EOD all adjustments are done and you are charged a/c.
CDSL had objects to certain clauses of Indiabulls PoA (Power of attorney) (https://financialexpress.com/fe_full_story.php?content_id=110207). Hope PoA is updated.
Before opening a/c with Indiabulls be careful to read and know PoA (Power of attorney) before signing it.
