The India bulls executive took all the documents along with Cheque as processing fees and Cash Rs. 5000 as franking charges for processing my Balance transfer of home loan from Dena Bank to India bulls.
After rigorous follow ups with the executive and branch manager they confirmed that due to some issues they will be unable to disburse my loan amount, however they deducted emi from my saving bank account.
On raising my issues and threatening them to take to the court they credited my emi back, I asked them to cancel my balance transfer and pay back all the amount I have paid them , however know they say that they will not give back the cash amount taken by me, , , , , on questioning them as to who has paid the franking charges and why teh emi was debited they do not have any answer and their CEO Mr gagan banga is replying to the mails sent, India bulls is full of hoax people trying to make easy money from the customers hard earned money.... would request all the readers to beware of such fraudulent institutions. Do not pay anything in cash, even if you are in urgent need of loans..........
Go for any other bank not Such NBFCs as INDIA Bulls, Specially their branch executive and Branch managers are idiots preying for customers through whom they can make easy money......
