Lots of hidden charges, require unnecessary documents, and staff will never tell you what they want at first instance and moreover the staff will change their statements each and every time. Even though I was co-applicant, they asked my income documents right from the start of my career even though incomes were not clubbed. Plus more unnecessary documents like 9 cancelled cheques, my proof of stay abroad, which was irrelevant. Finally we switched loan to other bank. But staff never left a single chance of harassment. My advice never ever take loan from here.
