I am truly saddened by India Bulls Housing Loan.My journey started with India Bulls Home Loans from the end of month June 2017.I visited its website after seeing the promising advertisement on my television set.Since I am planning to buy a home for myself and my budget is also not so high.I looked for a house cost 16 Lacs so I enrolled for the loan on India Bulls and in a day or two I did get a call stating that a local India Bulls representative would help me on this.After uploading all the necessary documents required by India Bulls Home Loan application form, I was given a service request number.In a week time they asked for some more documents so I did that with all patience.My mother receives a healthy sum of money as her monthly pension which I explained it to the India bulls too and as per their advice I was asked to send her pension details so that she can also be the co-applicant.After sending all the asked documents I waited for more than two weeks.I heard nothing from them.After two weeks out of the blue I got a call from India Bulls enquiry department and the man was an absolute rude and mannerless I must say.Anyways I spoke to the guy keeping my anger suppressed.I felt like telling them to close my home loan request application but anyways I held my patience back.Till today I have no clue what went wrong in middle and why was not communicated the same either in yes or no.Out of my frustration I left a feedback stating my frustration with India Bulls services on google page.Right after few days I received a message from them that they can not process my home loan request at this point in time and for further clarification I need to get in touch with their customer care and honestly I am not interested any more to get in touch further with India Bulls anymore.My bank is more than sufficient to meet my need.I must say that if any one seeking for home loan get in touch with your own bank where you have your savings account of there are many other housing loan service department instead casting your hope on this hopeless India Bulls.Yes I would not withhold accepting the truth that the India Bulls website page is user friendly and self explanatory but all is well that ends well and my experience with them was an utter flop so I would not cherish my day of logging into their website for my home laon.
