I ordered the cake for the first time on 4th May(worth Rs.1575). The customer representative very confidently told me the order would be delivered and maintained the same stance till late evening. But the order was not delivered. After 2 weeks, calling them(no one picked) and online complaints, they gave me a coupon code. To use the coupon code, I ordered again on 3rd June, but of no use. Now they aren’t responding to my calls or online chat. It is a fraud company, who is sitting to thug people of their money. I am wondering how come they are still in business when they have got so horrible ratings. I would have given them negative ratings had that been possible.
