I ordered a cake yesterday for my mother at 12 PM and I got the confirmation that my cake will be delivered same day (Mother’s Day) in 5-7 hours, I waited till that time and was expecting a call from my mother about the surprise, but to my surprise it was never delivered even till 12 AM..I tried to reach them in every possible way from 7.30 PM - 11.30 PM (Customer care, Emailed them , Tried Live Chat), but was all waste..
To add to the worst it was not delivered today as well and when I called the customer care the lady said that it will be delivered today, But I asked her to cancel my order immediately and I need my money back, She responded arrogantly that she is not authorized to cancel any order and after checking the process she asked me to send an email to order@indiacakes.com ;to which I never ever received the reply since yesterday..
So, my overall experience is really bad and I will suggest all not to use them for any surprises as you might get a new surprise from IndiaCakes and it might not be a positive one, I am still waiting for the updates from them about the refund of my money, hopefully I should receive it as they already spoiled my surprise :(......
