I ordered the cake to be delivered at night for my sons birthday.
They also charged me for this additional service .But it didnt happen as informed. No body responds on the customer service line or the email address which was provided . Later they delivered one day later. I asked them atleast return the additional charges that have paid. No body responded. After a weeks time they are telling the additional charges is delivery charges as the location was far.
I checked the address from where it was delivered and it takes barely 6 minutes if the delivery is by two wheeler. Very very pathetic response from the company and dont know how they are surviving cheating all the people like this. Dont ever order cake through this online portal
