I placed an order for a cake and paid the total amount online, which included the listed delivery charge. I received a confirmation email right away, but later got another email demanding an additional ₹;275 for delivery. I immediately contacted customer support, refused to pay the extra fee, and requested a cancellation, expecting the refund to be processed.
After calling their customer care over ten times with no helpful update, I finally got an emailafter more than 24 hourssaying I would receive a coupon code for the same amount instead of a refund. When I called again demanding my money back, I was told I should have read the delivery, return, and cancellation policies before placing the order. It felt as though they expect customers to spend hours decoding their policies before making a simple purchase.
To make matters worse, customer care was completely unhelpfulthe worst employee experience I’ve encountered in any service industry. Their attitude was unprofessional and dismissive of the issue.
Now Im stuck with a coupon for a website I never want to use again. This whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Beware of this websiteit feels like a scam, and Ill never order from them again.
