Non-delivery at promised time.
I had ordered a cake to be delivered on 10th August 2012, delivery time - 9 p.m. - 12 p.m. My order number was IND#62357. But no body turned up to deliver the cake. I paid extra 200 Rs for night delivery. They turned up next morning when no one was at house to take the cake. Its a pathetic site, poor service. And even after constant reminders they are not even refunding my money.
I have not seen this kind of disgusting behavior from any other cake delivery service.
